Shipping policy

We currently offer free shipping on all Canadian orders via Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking.

International orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address, order details, or any other information — once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
